Wendy Miele, Esq.
Wendy Miele is an experienced litigator representing individuals, businesses and financial institutions in the areas of real estate, consumer financial services and business matters. She has prevailed on hundreds of dispositive motions that she wrote and argued for clients. She had previously worked for a large regional law firm where she was on a bank’s mortgage litigation team and handled a high-volume case load. There, Ms. Miele was part of the team recognized with the bank’s Mortgage Litigation Excellence Award, acclaimed for defending the bank without a single adverse verdict in California. She has also assisted in briefing novel issues for a construction defect case relating to a large commercial project in L.A. in which the Plaintiffs obtained a record $55 million dollar settlement, which represented the highest recovery for a construction defect case in the country in 2018. Ms. Miele was born in Summit, New Jersey and grew up in the NY/NJ area. She graduated from Duke University and received a law degree from Wake Forest School of Law. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1993. She is an avid golfer and has been playing the sport her entire life.
