A deed is a legal document that is used to transfer (convey) rights in real property from one entity or person (the grantor) to another (the grantee). RELAW, APC prepares deed for a flat fee of $400.00. Recording through our attorney service is an additional $85.00 which includes the recording fee. If necessary, an additional $75.00 will be added to the recording fee to cover the cost of California's SB-2 Tax.
